Learning from Dogs
If a dog was the teacher you would learn stuff like:
- When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
- Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
- Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
- When it's in your best interest, practice obedience! - Let others know when they've invaded your territory.
- Take naps.
- Stretch before rising.
- Run, romp, and play daily.
- Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
- Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
- On warm days, stop to lie on your back in the grass.
- On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
- When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
- No matter how often you're scolded, don't buy into the guilt thing and pout... run right back and make friends.
- Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
- Eat with gusto and enthusiasm. Stop when you have had enough.
- Be loyal. Never pretend to be something you're not.
- If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
- When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.

My own internet!
Well, exciting news… I have internet on my own computer- much better than having to use the college ones. Also I will be moving into a new, bigger room in the house. I don’t really mind the room I have, I actually really like it (except for having to get into my bed and making the bed- a bit difficult). But the other room is maybe 2 and 1/2 times bigger than the one I have. And I get a double bed! It looks really nice anyway. The downer is that the last person in the room had a dog which slept in the room a fair bit and it wasn’t house trained at all (which I found out the hard way the first night I spent here). So the room does smell a little, but it shouldn’t last too long hopefully. I have been working at the hospital a fair bit lately. And not being used to working so much, I am quite tired (boo hoo to me). Might be getting sick, but hopefully if I look after myself I wont.

1. Have you ever changed your clothes while in a vehicle? Yeah a few times- can be quite difficult though
2. What's something you MUST do before you die? Live/ be alive. You can die unless you are alive
3. Are you single? Do you want to be? Yep
4. What’s one thing you will not eat? Plastic- can’t digest it very well
5. What color is your underwear? Hmmm, can’t remember and I don’t think I will check at this moment- don’t want to shock the patients in the room too much
6. When's the last time you went out of state? From home? I guess I am now.

9. Can you hula hoop? I may still be able to. Haven’t tried since I was in Primary School
10. Have you ever crawled through a window? probably, although I cant think of any instance right now- too late at night (or early morning)

13. Do you talk to yourself? Yep, fairly often. no wonder I am psychotic
14. Would you kiss the last person you kissed again? Most likely not- and that’s a good thing

18. Who have you talked to most today? Gen, seeing as I went to church with her and went for a walk this afternoon. We didn’t time the walk too well though because it started pouring with rain as we started to head back and got soaking wet.

29. What makes you feel like a kid again? Me? I am still a kid, I’m only 20- actually that sounds old. Getting told off for doing something wrong does make me feel very small like a kid :P

It's been a while
Well I guess I dont write on my blog often enough because I have been trying to log in and post, but I have had truoble getting in. Anyway, I think I was just tying the wrong thing. But I am finally in tonight. My most exciting news is that I have moved out of the Res. There were a few annoying hiccups, but I think things are all sorted out by now- hopefully. So now I am living in a house, not a dorm. Its pretty good not having to carry everything to the shower all the time, and also the kitchen/cooking stuff is soo much nicer and easier. Also I will have my own internet when I get someone to set it up in the next few days- that is a real bonus. All I need now is a car- which I am working on. I am currently working a night duty shift which is a little boring, but the money is slightly better than a day shift. And I get 8 hours at night where as I generally get 6 hours during the day. Silly me for deciding to do a week of night duty. I was sooo tempted to cancel tonight, seeing as I am a really lazy person and just couldn't be bothered working. But I think they really needed me to work, so I am. Anyways only really wanted to say I am living in a
house now- very exciting stuff.
